Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Turn the oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, add in 1/3 cup of the milk and caramel. Heat until the caramel has melted
- In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and butter
- Take have the dough and press it into a casserole dish
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and coat with chocolate chips and pour caramel mixture over. Take the rest of the dough and place over the caramel
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
