Ingredients
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Use a bowl to mix together the flour, baking powder, water, vanilla, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and oil
Pour the eggless brownie mixture into a baking pan
Bake for 30 minutes
